BRCM Public School (Vidyagram), Bahal established in 1987 under the aegis of BRHD Charitable Trust, is a high quality residential school for boys. Sprawled over 70 acres of lush green vegetation it offers the best of education to children from class IV to XII.
An air-cooled Auditorium having a seating capacity of more than 1000, solar water heating system, a modern laundry, sewage treatment plant (STP) and uninterrupted power generation unit add to the efficiency of the system. The school is affiliated to CBSE, New Delhi. The medium of instruction is English. Computers, IT and Computer Science are obligatory from Class IV onwards.
The academic session is from April to March. The first term is from April to September and the second term from October to March. The fee is to be paid in two installments before the commencement of each term.
Admission to various classes from IV (age 8+) to IX (Age 14+) is on the basis of entrance test in English, Hindi and Mathematics followed by an interview.
The registration forms along with prospectus and School CD can be procured from the admission office from November to March. Provisional admission to Class XI (Science and Commerce streams) is granted to the students in April, subject to confirmation on the basis of percentage of marks obtained in the Board Examination conducted by CBSE / ICSE / State Board.
The N.C.C. (Army Wing) is operational in imparting military training to the young enthusiasts. Horse riding is compulsory for all students from Class V to XII. Yoga and aerobic are a regular feature of the physical training provided to the students. Educational & exciting tours / treks and adventure activities like Para-trooping, River Rafting, Mountaineering are annually arranged by the school.
