Cell Phone Cinema Festival
Cell phone cinema is a creative wireless telecommunication and advancement of big screen. Every year, the film school organizes cell phone camera festival. The aim of arranging this festival is to widen the opportunity of producing moving images using cell phone camera. Cell phone is affordable to everyone and easy to use. Most probably, AAFT is the only school organizes cell phone camera festival every year.

It is first time in India, The International Film and Television Club of Asian Academy of Film and Television has introduced festival of Cell Phone Cinema. Professor Karl Bardosh, a producer, writer, director in Hollywood co-produced short dramas with Sandeep Marwah, director of AAFT in India.

After the success of the mini dramas, Prof. Karl Bardosh and Sandeep Marwah declared to organize a Festival of Cell Phone Cinema at AAFT. Mr. Marwah said that the emergence of new technology has made it easy to generate your own content and share it with everyone. The invention of cell phone cinema has made everyone to get fascinated and create quality content for his or her own projects. Indeed cell phone cinema allows everyone to share his or her ideas and thoughts effectively.

Asian Academy of Film and Television initiates to come up with new way of filmmaking. Cell phone cinema is really a good concept of storytelling as compare to the traditional ways of motion pictures. Cell phone cinema is very easy to operate and encourages everyone to use exciting advanced technology.

The prominent Bollywood actor Neetu Chandra conducted the launch of the Cell Phone Film Festival. Neetu is a one of the most famous actors who worked films like Traffic Signal and Garam Masala. Professor Karl Bardosh, the prominent filmmaker in Hollywood addressed students on this occasion. He said that, it is good time that storytelling becomes novel.
