Training Sessions for Acting
The business of entertainment is more often than not based on actors who draw audiences to the theatre. Therefore, the job of an actor is crucial in the process of filmmaking. A good actor performs naturally. There should not be an artificial edge to his/her performance. The natural performance comes after many rehearsals.
Students are given training to understand the fundamentals of acting. The course incorporates various practical sessions in acting. Students are taught the importance of verbal and non-verbal communication that is used in the profession of acting. An actor has to play various roles including protagonist, antagonist, side actor, etc.
AAFT provides students with trainings, which rests importance on developing sense of observation, imagination and so forth. Students are given practical exercises to perform acting by imitating a desired character. With the help of scene study and improvisation, AAFT students practice to execute given responsibilities.

In this course, students learn how to communicate perfectly by using body language like eye contact, gestures, postures, facial expression, etc.
Students are required to participate in workshops, seminars and other activities organized by the film school. They need to undergo the training sessions. Students are given various opportunities to perform in many films and television shows.
